Ghost God Man

Ghost God Man is an exhibition about Nick Cave’s life and dedication to writing letters and lyrics. Capturing the essence of Nick Cave’s music and baritone voice, this exhibition design is bold and textured.

The name Ghost God Man is a representation of the loss in his life, the wisdom he shares and the simple fact that he is also just a man who has endured immense grief and hardship.

The wax stamp element that features in the teaser film and within the textures on the tickets and t-shirts alludes to the letter writing in Nick Cave’s life. The oozing text and wavy textures like red wax on a page draw upon Nick Cave’s indulgence in emotion and his utilisation of writing as a vice in life.
